TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the travel instructions below before you depart for Los Angeles:
PACKING ESSENTIALS FOR THE WEEK
MONDAY
We’ll be kicking things off with a hosted welcome dinner and group activity at the Viceroy Hotel. Please wear smart-casual attire and bring a light jacket — we’ll be outside on the patio and it may get cool in the evening.

TUESDAY
It’s a casual day focused on presentation prep. The evening is yours to explore dinner on your own, so dress accordingly.
​
WEDNESDAY
Business casual attire is recommended for final presentations at Pen Factory. For dinner, we’re heading to Perry’s café on the beach so bring beach-casual attire and light layers.​

TRAVELING BY FLIGHT

Your flight itinerary was sent to you by our travel consultant Stephanie at stephanie@exitrowtravelmgmt.com.

You will not receive a paper ticket prior to departing. The flight itinerary you received via email is your “electronic ticket.”

Please CHECK IN for your flight on the airline’s website 24 hours before your flight. Print out your boarding pass OR check in via the airline’s app on your phone for a mobile boarding pass. To check in, you will need to enter your last name exactly as it appears on your ID and the confirmation number on your flight itinerary.

If you do not check in online or via the airline’s app, please show your ID and your flight confirmation number to the agent at the ticket counter. The ticket agent will check you in for your flight and hand you your boarding pass to be able to pass through security and board the plane.

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time for international flights.

TRAVELING BY CAR​

We recommend arriving at the hotel by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 23rd to allow for enough time to valet your car, check-in and drop your bags off in your room before the Welcome Dinner at 5:30 PM at the hotel. You are more than welcome to arrive earlier than that.​

ARRIVING BY FLIGHT
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, please collect your baggage then arrange your ride to the hotel by taxi or through a rideshare app of your choice. The hotel address can be found below. Please expense your transportation to and from the hotel.

ARRIVING BY CAR
Upon arrival at the hotel, please pull up to the valet circle located at the entrance of the hotel and leave your car with valet. Please expense your parking for the week.

ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL
LEAD WELCOME DESK
Proceed directly to the LEAD Welcome Desk located in the lobby of the hotel. The representatives at the desk will give you your credentials, explain the schedule for the week, and direct you to check in at the hotel.
